By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the cc99 platform available at cc99.cam, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who interact with the cc99 platform in any capacity.

cc99 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending bonus balances.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on cc99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, CNIC numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cc99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) sent to your registered mobile number. You must:

• Never share your password with any third party;
• Never allow another person to access your cc99 account;
• Immediately notify cc99 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.

cc99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that may harm the platform or its users.

cc99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All financial transactions on the platform are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cc99 PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. cc99 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cc99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the cc99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or network disruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in game information, odds, or market data;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;

cc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under cc99's operating licence. cc99's decision on any gaming dispute shall, in the absence of manifest error, be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
